the only people who are going to gain from this are the farmers (who will be paid to have the wind turbines put up on their land), and those corporations and banks that see this as an investment opportunity.
I am pro alternative technology especially living in a country that has invested too much in nuclear, but in this case I like many others are angry because you could count the ammount of "windy"days in this area of France on maybe two hands and two feet!!
